Pareto FM have launched their Pareto Optimality training program that will see all staff at all levels offered the chance to develop their careers with industry leading training. The courses, fully funded by Pareto, will enable the team members to develop their academic qualifications alongside their operational experience.
Pareto MD, Andrew Hulbert, commented ‘The FM sector has an obligation to raise its own standards and aid in the professionalization of facilities management. Training is one sure fire way to help achieve this goal. I am delighted we’ve been able to design and implement a training scheme that see’s every single member of our staff offered the chance to develop themselves at no cost to the individual.
Courses range from Level 2 NVQ in Administration, Team Leading and Customer Service through to Institute of Leadership Management Level 4 and higher levels of the BIFM spectrum including MSc and MBA levels.
Hulbert added ‘We pride ourselves on attracting and developing industry leading talent as training and development is a cornerstone of Pareto FM. I am proud that we’ve managed to implement such a scheme, which surpasses many of our competitors in the sector, within nine months of starting the business. We have a wide range of courses, some of which venture outside of the FM remit, which is critical to allowing our staff to develop in their own life journeys.
