We are delighted to report that our very our team member, Wayne, has gone well above and beyond in his role as Building Services Engineer to ensure local Charity has a great Christmas.
After working in the store room one afternoon, Wayne realised there was an excess stock of old, unopened, mobile phones that would no longer be used due to newer models now being utilised by client staff. Using his own intuition, Wayne noted down the model types and quantities and contacted numerous outlets in relation to purchasing these phones. Wayne received a couple of offers which he then took to the customer for analysis.
The customer loved his idea, agreed to the sale of the phones and agreed to put the money towards a children’s party and a charity. Wayne then set about buying numerous gifts for the children using the monies he has raised and ensuring they were wrapped in time for Christmas day.
We are extremely proud of Wayne’s initiative and for delivering a great idea just in time for Christmas. Thank you Wayne.
