In the continuous drive to ensure Pareto FM is a leader in ethical standards and also gives back to the communities it serves, Pareto FM have recently signed up for three further initiatives - #HeForShe, The Armed Forces Covenant & Youth Employment UK.
#HeForShe is a solidarity campaign for the advancement of women initiated by UN Women. Its goal is to achieve equality by encouraging men and boys as agents of change and take action against negative inequalities faced by women and girls.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
Youth Employment UK are the leading campaign and membership organisation dedicated to tackling youth unemployment in the UK.
Andrew Hulbert, Managing Director commented “The foundation of Pareto FM was based on a few core principles and one of those was to be at the forefront of ethical standards. We are proud to put our name to these three charters as they cover vitally important areas across various communities. On a personal level I have been a strong advocate of equal gender treatment across all organisations as well as promoting FM as a great career of choice to those of all backgrounds and ages”.
