Pareto FM provides the antidote to Royal College of Pathologists

The Royal College of Pathologists has appointed Pareto FM to provide hard services at its newly built headquarters in Alie St, E1.

The Royal College of Pathologists is a professional membership organisation with charitable status, with 11,000 members worldwide, concerned with all matters relating to the science and practice of pathology.

The building itself recently won an award in the ‘Architecture +Learning’ category at this year’s Architizer A+Awards, as well as the New London Architecture Awards 2019 for Education Space. The nine-floor building includes a double-height entrance atrium and incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows on all floors to maximise natural light.

Michelle Merrett, Head of Facilities & Events at Royal College of Pathologists commented: “Moving into this new building was an important time in the College’s history. We needed to build the right group of supply partners to ensure we could deliver exceptional service to our teams. In Pareto FM we found a true partner that understood our requirements and worked with us to deliver a bespoke solution. We are incredibly proud of the world-leading space we have created”.

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “We are incredibly proud to have been awarded this contract with RCPath. It represents another brand-new build within the Pareto FM portfolio but more importantly demonstrates another client choosing to opt for the unique delivery model Pareto offers. This stunning, award-winning, piece of architecture requires the highest standards of service delivery and we are privileged to be able to provide it”.
