How accurate are asset registers across facilities management?


Fresh data from the latest State of FM Report 2025 suggests there’s a long way to go. Only 9% of FM professionals believe their asset registers are fully accurate and up to date. Many still rely on spreadsheets or disconnected systems to manage critical asset information, raising real questions around compliance and planned maintenance.
