The Pride Power List celebrates influential individuals within the LGBT+ community and their allies who are dedicated to promoting true equality and inclusion. Colin's dedication and hard work have truly made a difference, and this recognition is a testament to his impact in promoting diversity and inclusion within our industry and beyond.
This year has been exceptional for Colin, as he was also named Inspirational Role Model of the Year at The Bank of London Rainbow Honours Awards 2024. In addition to his role with us at Pareto, Colin co-chairs the LGBT+ in Facilities Management (LGBT+ in FM) committee, a cross-industry network that advances LGBTQ+ rights and representation. Colin has been a driving force behind initiatives like our Inclusion Committee, fostering a workplace culture that values inclusivity and equity.
