In a significant development, Pareto FM has been awarded the mechanical and electrical (M&E) services contract with the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), marking a significant milestone in their partnership. The RCP, boasting a legacy dating back to its incorporation by Royal Charter in 1518, holds a paramount position in the medical landscape of England, revered for its contributions to advancing medical knowledge and healthcare practices over the centuries.

Situated in the heart of Central London, the RCP's Grade 1 listed modernist building serves as a beacon of medical excellence, housing a diverse array of facilities including a museum, library, seminar and lecture halls, meeting rooms, curated gardens, and a banquet suite. The institution's commitment to sustainability was underscored in 2018 when it became the first royal college to receive the Carbon Trust Standard.

"I am honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the Mechanical and Electrical services at the esteemed Royal College of Physicians," stated Ian Wiggans, Chief Commercial Officer at Pareto FM. "This partnership aligns with our dedication to providing unparalleled facilities services and contributing to the success of institutions that shape our society."

Tony Boothe, Director of Estates at the RCP, echoed Wiggans' sentiments, expressing excitement about the partnership with Pareto FM. "We're excited to partner with Pareto FM for our Mechanical and Electrical services," Boothe affirmed. "Their dedication to excellence and brand values mirrors our own commitment to maintaining the highest standards in operational efficiency and service quality."

The collaboration between Pareto FM and the RCP not only signifies a union of two entities dedicated to excellence but also underscores the importance of strategic partnerships in advancing the mission of esteemed institutions like the Royal College of Physicians.
