In 2022 we launched an internal survey as part of our commitment to help Pareto employees be happier, healthier, and higher performing at work.
This survey gave us great insight into areas impacting us all from health, satisfaction, the environment in and outside of work, culture and much more.
The 3 main areas that were highlighted to us where we could better support each other, and our employees were:
1. Improving Our Sleep
2. Better Management of Stress
3. Improving Our Diets
So, this week sees the internal launch of 3 special offers available to all Pareto employees aimed at supporting our teams into 2023
