Today we are proud to announce we have signed the EDAC pledge (Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant)
The Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant is a pledge by businesses to support anyone regardless of gender affected by abuse to enter, re-enter or remain in the workplace.
In the coming months we will be continuing to work with our Social Impact and HR Teams to support all new and current employees.
The ultimate aim of this initiative is to create inclusive and positive opportunities, develop long term, sustainable solutions for victims/survivors of abuse and to ensure we continue to grow as a diverse and inclusive business
